You subscribe to the feed by pressing ''the button'', which would (depending on your circumstances) redirect you to an RSS reader installed on your device. Or it will just open the XML file... Sadly, at least for now, there isn't a way for one to get notified about new announcements directly on the website, so the only way to achieve that is to either use Discord, or install an '''RSS reader'''.
