	On Moxiecraft, anybody can build a railway. You are even allowed to modify the railways, as long as you are connecting a new station to the line. 	The regional or local railways on Moxiecraft are marked with a hollow line on the map. These railways run exclusively in the Overworld, and serve settlements of all sizes. They cover more distance and connect to more places, but they are quite slow as a mode of transport.
